Timothy Ricketts founded The Plant Company 25 years ago and has spent over 40 years working in horticulture, building a lifetime of hands-on experience and has an exceptional understanding of plants and how they grow.   

Tim has an extensive knowledge of plants and his love of growing has never left him.

Marianne Krogh has worked in horticulture over 20 years combining strong practical experience with a creative eye for garden design. She joined The Plant Company in 2009 and holds a Diploma in Garden Design and has completed numerous garden design projects in Sussex and beyond. Her work has been recognised at a national level, having created show gardens at Hampton Court Palace Flower Shows twice, both were awarded a Silver Gilt Medal.  Alongside her design work, Marianne has extensive hands-on horticultural experience and in depth knowledge of plants.
